We are a family owned and operated flooring business based in Durango, CO. Our primary focus is quality. We are Lagler Premium Sanding Technology certified and members of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA).  We proudly use the highest quality finish options for site-finished floors and the proper techniques of both sanding and installation. If you are looking for other flooring options such as pre-finished hardwood, we also provide the highest quality of pre-finished hardwood brands. We follow an installation processes that ensures the longest possible lifetime for your floor.  If you are looking to replace, refinish or add to your existing floors we are happy to provide this service to you!

Owner Jesse King is committed to creating the highest quality hardwood floors in Southwest Colorado and doing so with professionalism.  He is passionate about the craftsmanship that goes into creating a high-quality floor and is always looking to further his knowledge of the field. In 2023 Jesse was recognized as the NWFA's "Top 40 under 40".
